How can I be active after being sedentary?


Start with everyday movements. Walk about the house to do chores, take your calls standing up and walking about, take stairs rather than the lift, play with a pet or child or a game.

Then you can begin with brisk walks. This is the easiest way to add movement into your life. Just do it! Good luck!
