Life is about First Principles. 

Hi, I’m Sandhya Krishnan and I’ve spent many years searching for, and trying to understand, the first principles that drive our behaviour and that of those around us. Rather than living a life full of agitation/inertia and do/don’ts, I’ve found that getting a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us, helps us identify unhealthy or restrictive patterns for ourselves, as well as the way out of this maze of our own creation.

I am an ICF Certified coach and have studied philosophy, wellness, and mindfulness for over 17 years. I have had a rich and varied career spanning over 20 years, in the media, arts, technology, management, wellness, and retail entrepreneurship. 



Sandhya ran two one-hour sessions with us on meditation and mindfulness, which was open to all of our employees around the world. 

We were very happy with the sessions. They were a great introduction to the topic - with the right balance of information and fun. Sandhya was a dynamic speaker who kept us interested and attentive, despite the obvious limitations of Zoom. 

Our employee feedback was also very good and we have had requests to run similar sessions in the future.
