ABOUT SANDHYA
Hi, I’m Sandhya Krishnan, and I’ve spent years exploring the deeper principles that shape human behaviour: why we think the way we do, react the way we do, and often stay stuck in patterns that no longer serve us.
Rather than living through endless cycles of pressure, confusion, or rigid do’s and don’ts, I believe real transformation begins with understanding ourselves at the root. When we understand the systems behind our thoughts, habits, emotions, and behaviours, we create space for clarity, agency, and meaningful change.
I’m a Certified ICF and Mental Health Coach with a Master’s in Behavioural Science & Public Health, bringing together the science of human behaviour with the realities of modern wellbeing. I’ve also spent over two decades studying philosophy, mindfulness, wellness, and human development.
My professional journey has been equally multidimensional, with 20+ years of experience across media, arts, technology, management, wellness, and retail entrepreneurship. This diverse experience allows me to work with people not just theoretically but also practically, helping them navigate real life with greater self-awareness, resilience, and alignment. Over the years, I’ve also worked with clients from across the world, giving me a deeply human understanding of how universal yet personal our struggles, patterns, and aspirations can be.
Beyond my professional work, I’m also a mother, a TB survivor, a scuba diver, and an unapologetic cat and plant parent. These experiences have shaped not just how I live, but also how I hold space for resilience, healing, reinvention, and growth in others.
