The Sixes

Book a group of six sessions, to be used up within 4 months from the first session. This helps you schedule sessions at regular intervals and keeps the process of change and growth flowing. Works out more economical too. 

This is great for you if you believe you have periodic queries and want to have someone on tap to help you hear yourself think.

90 Days Make a Habit

A 3-month programme is a great time frame to kick off a habit. In this, I won't just work with you on individual sessions, but we'll deep dive into a project or goal together. As the saying goes, 'Growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together.' (JC Penney). 

What this entails: At least 6 one-hour sessions (unless you want less), weekly check-ins over a mutually agreed on means of contact. Want to start working out, eating or sleeping better, getting more organized or focused at work or just changing the priorities in your life. You can also use a 3-month programme to restart your life after therapy, heartbreak, big move etc.

180 is a Turnaround!

Are you tired of how your life is looking? Tried too many things that didn't work and have just come to realize that you have to do the heavy lifting yourself? Change is not easy, and a short burst of success is often followed by old habits resurfacing and setting you back (any dieter will back that up). 

In our 6 month programme, we'll work together on up to 3 big changes you want to bring into your life. Review your career, your relationships, your mental or physical health or just have a Jiminy Cricket (from the children's story Pinocchio) whisper in your ear through these six months.


What this entails: At least 12 one-hour sessions (unless you want fewer),  plus check-ins every 10 days over a mutually agreed on means of contact. This programme requires commitment and we'll create a plan that is tailor-made for you! But as author Neil Strauss said, 'Without commitment, you cannot have depth in anything.'

The Year of the Cat

How often have you felt that time has just passed you by, like grains of sand slipping through your fingers and merging with countless others on the beach? Are you looking for a standout year? 

The cat symbolizes

- patience,

- rebirth

- independence of spirit - enjoying solitude, yet able to be delightfully social when it chooses,

- courage

- intuitiveness

- healing & self-care

- adventurousness

- deep connection with the self

- total relaxation

- total awareness

- not being a pack/herd animal 

Even the most deep-rooted of habits can be overwritten in a year. Chronic procrastination, unhealthy food habits, weight problems, a lifetime of negative or self-defeatist thinking, deep pain, or even seemingly unsolvable problems like a life long disease or condition can be tackled here. Or if you're looking to ace your performance, and you want to make sure you're on track and nothing holds you back, of all the things you can lean on, a coach is probably the healthiest. 

What this entails: A minimum of At least 18 one-hour sessions (unless you want fewer),  plus check-ins every fortnight over a mutually agreed on means of contact.
